📝 Document and Website Knowledge: How Is It Charged?

AgentX lets you power up your Agent by embedding your own knowledge sources.

• 📖 Document Knowledge:
  When you upload a document (such as a PDF, DOCX, or TXT), AgentX charges a one-time credit fee at the time of upload. There is no ongoing or per-query cost - after your document is processed, its content is available for unlimited use in your agent’s conversations at no extra charge. This initial fee covers the AI’s ability to process and understand your content for future interactions.

  
  

  AgentX calculates this fee based on the actual amount of textual content uploaded, not by page count. For reference, uploading one full A4 page of text (about 3,000 characters) costs 1 credit. You are not charged for images, blank pages, or non-informative content - only for meaningful text.

  Adding content from a website is charged in exactly the same way as documents - 1 credit per 3,000 characters of extracted text (equivalent to a regular full-text A4 page). This credit is charged only at the time of embedding the website content. After that, you can query this knowledge any number of times, with no additional fees.
