Multi-workspace in AgentX gives you clean separation under a single account. Each workspace has its own agents, users, and settings - so projects stay organized, permissions stay precise, and you don’t have to juggle multiple logins.

Next week you add a new AI Avatar for Healthcare case study - your workspace updates automatically and the agent starts using it in answers.
👥 Invite people to just the right place
Add clients, teammates, or collaborators to a specific workspace - not your entire account.
Example: A client only sees their own workspace and nothing from other clients or internal tools.

Welcome to the new and improved Workspace page - your central hub for everything AgentX. From here, you can access your agents, chat history, base models, and switch between different workspaces with just one click.
To get started:
Click “My Agents” (or the name of the workspace you’re currently in - see the picture). This will open your full list of workspaces.
Select “Create new workspace.”
The wizard will open, where you can choose to create a regular workspace or one for your business or personal project. I’ll explain the differences in a moment.
Let’s start with “Empty Workspace” . Once your workspace is created, you’ll notice several tabs at the top — Overview, Settings, Members, Agents, Knowledge, and Integrations. Each tab gives you different ways to manage and customize your workspace. Let’s go through them one by one so you know exactly what you can do.
Overview
Here you can add a workspace-wide instruction that applies to every agent inside this workspace.
Example:
“All agents in this workspace speak only Polish.”
“End every answer with a pierogi emoji.” 🥟
Now, every agent you create in this workspace will automatically reply in Polish and include 🥟 at the end of each response.
You can also transform you workspace to business one (We'‘ll explain that in a while)
Settings
Give your workspace a unique name and icon to keep things organized.
You can also delete the entire workspace from here if needed.
Members
Invite teammates and assign them roles with different permission levels:
👁 Viewer – Can see statistics and conversation history but cannot edit or interact with agents. Great for analysts or client success roles.
💬 Member – Everything a Viewer can do, plus the ability to chat with agents. Perfect for sales reps, testers, or support staff.
🛠 Editor – Full control to edit agents, data sources, and settings. Assign to trusted builders and maintainers.
Agents
See the complete list of agents in your workspace. From here, you can manage them individually, test them, or build new ones.
The Business Workspace Wizard helps you onboard your company in just a few clicks. Unlike a regular workspace, it automatically builds your company context so your agents know who you are, what you offer, and how to speak with customers.
Start by adding your company name and (optionally) your website URL.
If you provide a website, the wizard analyzes it to gather information like your services, contact details, and tone of voice.
If your company doesn’t have a website, you can skip this step with “My company doesn’t have a website.” But for best results, always add a website — it gives your agents the right context from the start.
Once the analysis is complete, the wizard generates a draft profile with:
Industry type
Services
Business Overview
Services & products
Target customers
Contact details (email, phone, social media links etc.)
You can edit these details immediately or adjust them later in the workspace settings.
The tabs — Settings, Members, Agents, Knowledge, Integrations — work the same as in a regular workspace.
But here’s the magic of a Business Workspace:
In the Overview tab, your company profile is automatically used as the context for all agents.
Agents can also reference your connected social media when needed.
Information updates automatically when your website changes, but you can manually edit anytime.
This is especially powerful when using business-facing agents like:
Agent SDR → Imagine your sales development agent scanning LinkedIn or inbound leads to identify the best prospects for your business. It already knows your services, pricing, and positioning, so it can qualify opportunities and reach out confidently without any manual setup.
Customer Support on WhatsApp/Instagram → A customer messages your Instagram account asking about the difference between the Pro and Scale plans. The agent instantly uses context from your AgentX site and provides the latest offer details in the conversation, instead of just sending a link.
Need to reorganize your agents? It’s easy to move them from one workspace to another. Simply click the ⋯ (three dots) next to your agent, select “Move Agent,” and choose the workspace where you want it to live. This lets you keep projects tidy without having to rebuild or duplicate your agents.
