How to Connect Your AgentX AI Agent with Notion and Expand Its Knowledge

With AgentX, you can seamlessly integrate your Notion workspace into your AI Agent by connecting it through Google Drive. This enables your AI to access and utilize all relevant Notion data, making it more knowledgeable and effective.

Step 1: Connect Your Notion Workspace to Google Drive

You can link your entire Notion workspace to Google Drive, allowing AgentX to access and process your Notion knowledge automatically.

1. Go to Notion Settings

   Open Notion and navigate to the Settings & Members section.

2. Connect Notion to Google Drive

   Click on "Connections" and look for Google Drive Select "Connect" and provide your Google account credentials. Allow Notion to access your Google Drive.

3. Confirm Data Sync

   After connecting, your Notion documents will automatically sync to Google Drive. You will find all shared Notion files in your Google Drive under the "Shared" folder.

Step 2: Organize Your Notion Data in Google Drive

Once your Notion workspace is connected to Google Drive:

• Locate Your Notion Files

  Navigate to your Google Drive → Shared folder to find your Notion documents.

• Create a Shortcut for Important Documents

  To make access easier, right-click on files or folders and select "Add shortcut to Drive".Move the shortcut to a dedicated folder, such as "Notion AI Knowledge".

Step 3: Import Notion Data into AgentX

Now that your Notion data is in Google Drive, you can connect it to AgentX.

1. Log into your AgentX account at https://app.agentx.so

2. Select the agent you want to equip with Notion knowledge

3. Go to "Document Info" → "Google Drive".

4. Select the files you want to use as a knowledge source:

   Click on Google Drive Integration. Browse your Notion AI Knowledge folder (or wherever you stored your Notion files) .Select the documents you want your AI Agent to use.

5. Sync and Finalize

   Don't forget to save your changes. Your AgentX AI will now be able to access and learn from your Notion workspace!
